POST MORTEM: A sharp witted and silver-tongued singer from San Francisco, Amber sang her way out of the zombie outbreak when most were struggling to survive. Gathering the most talented zombie women she could find, Queen Zombie performs internationally to encourage all women to fight to do what they love.


PREMORTAL: Director, Choreographer - Amber Steele
Founder of the Living Dead Girlz, Amber Steele handles artistic direction, choreography and management, as well as teaching the company’s master classes. Since the age of ten, Steele has been onstage as an actress, singer and dancer. Teaching and choreographing since 1997, Steele graduated from the University of California at Berkeley with a Double Major in Dance and Comparative Literature and completed her Master of Fine Arts in Dance and Choreography at Mills College. Steele now teaches dance at colleges in the San Francisco Bay Area.

Steele has toured Germany and performed at the Cannes Film Festival as the featured dancer in “TRIP – Remix Your Experience,” a multimedia exhibition of film, live music and art.
She has also performed as a featured dancer for RJ Reynolds (CAMEL) promotional events and managed the go-go dancers of “Poor Impulse Control,” who perform frequently in San Francisco's industrial, alternative and rock venues.
